Ingwersen & Taylor is pleased to announce that Robert “Bo” H. Harris, II, has joined the firm as an associate. His practice encompasses tax planning for individuals and business entities, including S-corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships and nonprofit organizations. Harris also assists clients with estate planning, asset protection planning, probate matters, general business matters and real estate matters.
“Bo’s education and experience complement the firm’s practice,” said Borden Taylor, founding partner of Ingwersen & Taylor.
Prior to joining Ingwersen & Taylor, Harris was an attorney in the business and transactions group at Christian & Small LLP, a law firm in Birmingham, Ala.
Harris is licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama. He is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and Taxation sections of the American Bar Association (ABA). He is also a member of the Alabama State Bar.
Harris graduated cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor’s degree in biological chemistry. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
